Mexican- Guadalajara Hacienda I-45 At Lake Woodlands
Steak- other than the usual chains Longhorn Steakhouse is worth a try. I have been in there and received the best service and food I ever had in price range, And I have been in there and received average to below average.

Italian Chain - Grotto
Italian local - Pallotta's
Tex Mex - Chuy's
Steak - Fleming's
BBQ - Corkscrew
Burger - Hyde's in Old Town Spring
Chicken Fried Steak - Goodson's in Tomball
Pizza - and for me it's not even close - Grimaldi's. Sweet Bella would be second.
Sports Bar - BW3. Tewbeleaux's is nice and close but too smoky in the evenings and service is spotty.
Greek - The Olive Oil
Breakfast tacos - Rudy's
Seafood - Truluck's. Not exactly local but the crab there is to die for.

Grimaldi's is outstanding. Craig, have you been to the original location (Brooklyn)? I was amazed how little difference there was between the pizza at the original and the Woodlands location. So, so good.

I forgot to mention Bay Seafood down on Aldine Westfield on the right hand side just before you get to St James Church. The food is always very fresh, delicious and the price is right. They are next door to a daycare so they don't serve alcohol.

BBQ - Pit Master (the train car on Rayford)
Burgers - Beck's Prime (also has an excellent veggie burger)
Weekend breakfast - Dosey Doe
Chinese - Tried them all and haven't found a good one around here except maybe PF Chang's, which is pricey; still driving to Sugar Land for fresh Chinese at Cafe Goo Goo Yen
Mexican - Chuy's, Chuy's, Chuy's, and don't forget Chuy's
Italian - Italian Cafe, Via Emilia
Pizza - Grimaldi's
Seafood - Babin's

And my favorite place to eat is White Flamingo. The food is fresh and healthy (nothing fried), the service is great, and it's quiet. The Ginger Mandarin salad is excellent.

We don't eat at White Flamingo near enough because we very seldom go down Aldine Westfield. But it is EXCELLENT.
Where is Grimaldi's apparently we need to try some pizza from here.
One place that I have not seen mentioned for burgers is 3B's on Rayford. Excellent food.

Grimaldi's is near the mall. Across from Woodlands Tinseltown theater on Waterway Ave.

Forgot to mention Just Burgers on Stuebner Airline and Louetta if you don't mind driving a little for a great burger.
