Default HOA Board

Hello everyone! I am just curious about everyone's opinion on our current HOA. Recent events stemming from the lack of response from PCMI to handle requests has prompted my interest in representing my neighbors. In the forums, I see many requests for improvements and would like to know which have been addressed.

If you have contact information for the homeowners that are on the board please send me an email or post the information here.

In my opinion the new HOA is unresponsive, non-caring and only wants to collect our dues!!!

I would just like to know when the board meets. I have a home improvement project pending and it would be really helpful to know the date it goes before the board (our timeline depends on it). Unfortunately, I've been waiting weeks and can't get a call back from anyone at PCMI. Does anyone know if there's a regular meeting schedule for project approvals?

Heck, if the folks livin with their backyard on the corner of Spring Trails Bend and Spring Trails Ridge can store cars in their backyard, anything you have planned is cool~

I heard about the car repair business being run inside of Spring Trails. I also heard that the Management company is trying to do something about it.

Guess it pays to beg for forgiveness vs. ask for permission. We're trying to do things the right way, however, I'm beginning to wonder if anyone actually looks at the proposals. The HOA docs state that anything after 30 days is deemed "approved" if the homeowner doesn't hear from the board. I don't mind the wait if someone is actually reviewing projects. What I do mind is waiting 30 days if there's no intention of anyone EVER reviewing the project. If no one's going to look at it anyway, why can't I start now? Still no call back from the HOA.

There is seriously someone running a car repair business in Spring Trails? As in storing the vehicles in their yard?
