Default Need advice: Litter of kittens in our backyard

Need some advice - there is a litter of 4-5 kittens in our backyard and I would like them removed for the safety of my dog and small child and also of course safety of the kittens & their mother. They are very young and I was able to catch one fairly easily. Problem is that their "home" is between the fence and electric pole, so I can only catch them when they are out playing in the yard. There is a small hole they squeeze out of, but are very cautious and stay close to this opening. For the first time today - I spotted the mother cat on top of the fence so I know they are being fed. Will rescue groups or humane society or animal control come out for something like this? I think it is going to be very difficult for me to catch all of them. Appreciate any feedback or help on how to get this cute furry friends out of our backyard
